TOTAL KNEE REVISION PROSTHESIS

Triccc total knee revision prosthesis widens the range of total knee prosthesis, offering an alternative solution for revision TKA.
The extreme variety of assembly combinations provided by a large set of spacers and extension stems offers the surgeon a wide choice fitting every case.
Triccc total knee revision prosthesis is available in 3 sizes with rotating bearing.

HIGH CONFORMITY

The use of highly conformal articular surfaces, in both sagittal and frontal planes, combined with an additional central bearing surface enable to achieve contact surfaces on the UHMWPE bearing up to 1246 mm2 from extension to 800 of knee flexion then to 1145 mm2 at 900 and 745 mm2 at 1200 of flexion.

ROTARY MOBILITY

Rotation of the bearing is only limited by the soft-tissues. As in the normal knee joint, rotational freedom gradually increase from extension to flexion.
This rotary mobility allows it to be adapted to knees with high antero-posterior laxity.
A clip settles the axial stability of the polyethylene insert with the tibial tray.

LOW WEAR

The high conformity values authorize UHMWPE stress level of less than 10 MPa (for 510 kg), never exceeding the UHMWPE yield strength of 25 MPa. Extremely low UHMWPE volumetric wear and creep (14mg) have been measured on the C.E.R.A.H. knee simulator testing device using 3 million cycles.
